We are located in the newest area of Ushuaia, just one block from Beagle Channel, five minutes by car from Airport and Tierra del Fuego National Park
Just two blocks from us, you will find a Supermarket, gas station, cafeterias and restaurants.
Is an ideal place for travelers that are looking for a truly patagonian encounter with locals, and enjoy good service in an informal atmosphere away from mass tourism. Our hotel is 7 rooms, private house only for guests staying with us. You will have a private place, with a private chef and dinner service only for you.
From the moment of your booking, you will be receiving a personalized service Maia will be responsible of your overall experience.
Hotel decoration from photographs and paintings; also the keychains, individual breakfast, trays, and other details of the hotel are handmade by its owner Maia. Some paintings and decoration are also from local artists. The decoration will help you discover in each detail vestiges of the history, flora & fauna of the Southern Patagonia.
The Hotel’s Cuisine, from homemade breads to dinner and desserts is cook by the owner and chef, Sebastián. We follow the Slow Food movement.
We believe that from our small hotel we can build a better world. We actively participate in caring for the environment. Maia is the creator and leads the socio-environmental movement " A Limpiar Ushuaia"
We have our own organic garden, to offer you healthy and fresh products that the owners harvest and offer during your stay with us during the summer months

Terms
Children between 0 and 3 years old can sleep in the existings beds without paying an additional fee. You need to let us know the existence of a baby at booking and we may add a crib if wished. This service is subject to availability.

Terms and Conditions
Reservation is quoted in US dollars currency only. If other currency is only for reference.
We always will charge a deposit at our hotel to guarantee your booking. If you choose a flexible rate, we will be sending different method of payment options for your convenience. The room may be hold for 24hs without payment depending on the rate option you choose. We charge aprox 25% deposit at the moment of booking and the final payment will be request 30 days before arrival. If you choose a non refundable rate, we will be charging full amount at the moment of booking.
All deposits are non-refundable
We permit ONE change free on dates of your stay if you let us know 30 days prior to arrival for the same season. If you reduce the amount of nights, we do not refund the money. If there is a difference in rooms, we do not refund the difference or charge you an extra payment.
If you have to cancel for transportation issues regarding flight or boat cancellations, we will send a no-show invoice to claim your insurance travel company or airline/boat company. We recommend when travelling and especially overseas, on purchasing a travel insurance for any special occasion that may occur, (health problems or familiar issues) that includes hotel cancellation. We will send the invoice to cover the cancellation for any of these possible situations.
