Terms
As a private boutique hotel, our doors remain closed at all times to ensure a calm, home-like atmosphere. For this reason, it is essential to inform us of your arrival time. We kindly request your flight number and arrival time if arriving by plane, as well as a WhatsApp contact number.

Children between 0 and 3 years old may sleep in existing beds at no additional cost. Please inform us at the time of booking if you are traveling with a baby. A crib may be added upon request, subject to availability

Terms and Conditions

Rates & Currency
All reservations are quoted and charged in US dollars (USD). Any other currency displayed is for reference only. If payment is made in Argentine pesos, the applicable exchange rate at the time of payment will be used.

Deposit & Payment Conditions
To guarantee your reservation, a deposit is required for some bookings depending on dates.  For flexible rates, we will contact you after booking to offer different payment options for your convenience. Depending on the selected rate, the room may be held for up to 72 hours without payment.
A deposit of approximately 25% of the total stay is required at the time of booking depending on the days of your stay. The remaining balance will be requested 30 days prior to arrival in hihg periods and 15 days for the rest of the year. 
For non-refundable rates, the full amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. 

One complimentary date change is permitted, provided we are notified at least 30 days prior to arrival and the change is within the same season and subject to availability.
If the length of stay is reduced, no refund applies. If a room category is changed, any difference in rate will not be refunded nor additionally charged.
